What Information We Collect

To accurately assess, score and match acquisition opportunities to your buy-box, we collect:

  • Contact & entity details: Name, email address, telephone/WhatsApp, company/SPV name, operating base, and role;
  • Buyer mandate & criteria: Target strategies, investment envelope (£ min/max), geographic regions, postcodes, property types, and condition/opportunity matrices;
  • Execution readiness: Declared deployable capital band, funding route, proof-of-funds timeline, decision authority, and instructed solicitor details;
  • Deal transaction records: Properties introduced, discussion notes, terms negotiated, and invoicing records;
  • Website technical data: IP address, device type, referral source, and session activity; and
  • Communication preferences: Your choices regarding WhatsApp, SMS, or email priority alerts.

Security note: We do not intentionally collect special category data (e.g. health data) or children’s data. Bank account login credentials and sensitive identity documents should only be transmitted via approved secure verification channels, never through public forms.

Who We Share Your Data With

We do not sell your personal data to third parties or data brokers.

Data may be shared strictly as necessary with:

  • Infrastructure & CRM processors: Cloud hosting, CRM systems (Parcel AI), and database services operating under data processing agreements;
  • Transaction counterparties: Auctioneers, vendors, or selling agents, strictly where necessary to submit formal offers or register your interest on an agreed lot;
  • Professional advisers: Solicitors, conveyancers, and accountants involved in transactions; and
  • Statutory authorities: Law enforcement or regulatory bodies where required by law.

How Long We Keep Your Data

  • Client & transaction records: Retained for 6 to 7 years following completion of transactions for HMRC, accounting, and legal audit requirements;
  • Active buyer mandates: Retained while your acquisition requirements remain active or until you request deletion or withdrawal; and
  • Marketing & deal alert opt-ins: Retained until you opt out or update your preferences.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law, you possess the following enforceable rights:

Access Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
Correction Request prompt rectification of any inaccurate or incomplete details.
Erasure Request deletion of your mandate where no legal obligation requires retention.
